Partnerships are the key to everyone’s success. As conveners, NOW develops and nurtures a myriad of partnerships and connects partners to each other in support of development of impactful workforce solutions, and to mobilize innovative ideas and proven practices. We engage with a myriad partners to better align our resources and increase coordination of service delivery in our communities.
We partner with private business and industry, training and education providers, community-based organizations, community colleges, economic development, K-12 and others. Partners engage with us a variety of initiatives: in sector work, Regional Leadership Teams, Local Leadership Teams, Youth Re-engagement Council, Local STEM Hubs, Regional and Local Economic Development groups, and others.
